Nearly every female I know is peri-period 0_0 how strange is that?
I don't feel any toner or slimmer, but I'm nearly 10kg lighter than I was a year ago.
Now I'm around the 44kg/98lb mark.
Where the hell did it go? 0_0
I really don't do myself justice at interviews.
I know what I want to say on the way there and I know what I want to say on the way back, but those words seem to escape me when I'm in the actual interview.
Looking back, there has been some improvement in terms of managing my nerves but I can do with the ability to remain even cooler!
0_0 Sigh, that's another interview opportunity down the pan and it wasn't even a hard one!
I figured a picture entry was long overdue and before you guys say anything... I want to declare my observation, the pounds are definitely harder to keep off as you get older. 0_0
Would it have honestly made a difference if I had asked 'what your feelings' were?
If you had any feelings or care for the matter, you wouldn't have done what you did to him.
Would it change the past?
Would an hour spent in a restaurant change the way you think about me?
Maybe you should be happy for me, that's what a friend would do.
1. Yoga
2. Improve time management (no more last-minute midnight oil burning)
3. See tasks through to the end
4. Finish Pimsleur programmes
5. Eat more fruit and veg
6. Drink more water!
Not too many and all realistic, which means in theory I'm more likely to keep it up, in theory.
Also, true to my words, I'm updating ( LJ ) on a regular basis again.
I have a feeling 2006 is going to be a good year.
When someone says to you: "I don't have the time/money"
What they mean is that they "don't have the time/money for YOU".
It's so damn true, think about it.
Dear all on LJ:
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I guess updating regularly will be one of my many new year's resolutions. :)
There are some people who you feel connected to, no matter how long you haven't seen each other and no matter how far apart.
Sometimes, like looking back out of a car window, I smile at what is gone and I also wonder what it was.
The older I get, the more fairy-tale like the re-call spins. Two young disillusioned kids, addictive personalities, searching for their fix, destined never to grow up.
There's that spontaneity and optimistic spark in youth, that i now perceive to be courage.
As you grow, so do your trappings. You're too afraid to believe, too afraid to leave, too afraid to dream.
And through it all, some elements of what we were remain: a little refined, somewhat grounded and generally humble.
Sometimes i feel jaded, by human nature and you begin not to trust, you begin not to believe, you begin to lose faith. But there is something beautiful out there, that holds you up through the day. Like that sun-set, water, real friends, hot chocolate, these little ramblings...
Something, anything, those little things that are now your new vice.
Those little things that say to you: Life is worth living.
DEAR SUUUUU!! I WUV YOUOUOUOUOUOUOUOUOU!
>_< Come back to me, b!tch >_<
Only j/k, have fun in China now with James and the family :)
Sorry I couldn't make it to London, I had to look after my liddle sister and my mum was paranoid about the attacks 0_0
Why do we get lumped with a stupid government and a decaying Britain?
I'll fakking tell you why, it's because we don't make enough noise about it and we have nowhere to make our noise heard and so we fakking take it.
Our local pansy MPs don't get shiet done unless it's something irrelevant and stupid (Aaah, the ethos of the European Parliament)
I used to think the government is indeed a nanny state, paternalistic leadership.. doing what they think is best for us..
Only one problem with that now, they know jack-shiet about what's good for us.
Don't believe me? Then why the fack are cigarettes still on sale when they are frantically pulling sudan-1 (suspect carcinogenic food-colouring) off the shelves?!
=_= pah - what a dumbass democracy that we live in =_=
